Tom has over 20 years of experience in the movement industry and has received multiple certifications in personal training and movement analysis throughout his career.  He graduated college in 1993 and began his journey as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a local Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy Center.  He earned his first certification as a Personal Trainer through the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America(AFAA) in 1999.  Later, Tom received recognition by the American Physical Therapy Association for Advanced Proficiency in Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy.  Tom specializes in analyzing an individual’s unique movement patterns to aid the client in improving and enhancing their existing function while achieving their individual fitness goals. He has also has had the opportunity to give lectures on the importance of weight loss including speaking at the Weight Loss Center at Pinnacle Health and developed a weight management program for a local physical therapy company.  Tom’s goal is to prevent injuries, promote fitness and increase your quality of life. Some of the services Tom provides are as follows:  Personal Training, Weight Management, Metabolism Testing, Movement Analysis, Pre and Post Rehab Training, Injury Risk Screens, Pre Sports Participation Screen and Return to Sport Testing.
