Tara Jo Young (E-200 RYT & 500 RYT) began a regular yoga practice in 2010. Coming from a classical ballet experience from the age of 7 yoga proved to be a natural fit for her and after her first class she was immediately hooked with the energizing calm that her practice provided. When people ask Tara if yoga is beneficial for weight loss, she will humbly smile and share how yoga helped her to drop 90 pounds because of the well rounded balancing of the mind, body, spirit that a regular yoga practice provides.
A year later, Tara Jo flew to Miami Beach, FL, diving into a full immersion yoga training and became a 200-RYT to help her more fully understand the miraculous effects yoga was having on her life and became passionate about inspiring others to empower themselves and discover the best versions of themselves.

Two years later Tara found herself in Bali, Indonesia studying to advance her teachings and knowledge and became a 500-RYT. She has shared her love and passion for yoga all across the globe including both Goa and Himachal Pradesh, India where she spent 6 months and dove deeper into her studies and teachings developing a strong desire to share the endless benefits of yoga with the rest of the world.

Tara's classes will instantly make you feel at home the moment you step onto your mat with her loving and supportive engagement with each of her students. Her goal is for every student to leave feeling inspired and motivated to becoming the healthiest, strongest most courageous version of themselves, both on and off the mat.

    A class to give you the perfect opportunity to restore, reset, and chill out with this flow of smooth and continuous movements with the breath, linking each pose to the inhale and exhale creates a powerful meditation in motion.     7:00pm - 8:00pm
    Yin is more floor based poses where we get more deeply into the connective tissues, including the fascia, where some serious healing can take place once we dig deep. Physically a more accessible yoga discipline for most, mentally Yin can be incredibly challenging as we are holding steady and sitting with ourselves...be still. You will l💜ve what you find.
