MARISA STIPE
Instructor

 Marisa Stipe has been in the fitness industry for 35 years in
the Harrisburg/Camp Hill area.  She is a Personal Trainer and Group fitness instructor.   

Education and Training:  She holds a BS in Computer Science andan MS in  Exercise Science.   Her Stipe Personal Training business has been renowned in the area for fitness achievement.  She trains dancers, models, singers, business professionals and the general population.  She has trained in the major gyms and fitness centers and nursing homes in the area. Her certifications include dance, aerobic instruction, Reebok Step Instruction, Kickboxing, Yoga, Fit Ball, Muscle/Weight Training, Poundfit, Booty Barre, 
Bodybar, Core, Funk, Legs, Indoor Cycling, Senior Fitness. She is a Master Trainer in Pilates.  This includes Mat pilates, Advanced pilates, Machine pilates and Circular pilates. She is also trained in gyrokenesis and all forms of Zumba and Beacbody. Ms. Stipe has provided seminars to such groups as Pinnacle Health for the the Women's Weekend Away, Men's Clubs, Business Clubs and other organizations.  She has appeared on television and the Carlisle Sentinel for her Pilates work.

  1. Muscle Pump
    7:00 AM - 7:45 AM
    Class will use weights and resistance to work eight separate muscle groups. Major muscle groups are worked via of compound and isolation - based exercises. Abdominals - will use innovative core movements. Cost: $7.00 per class Class Length: 60 min Class Availability: 5 - 20 participants

    Pilates is a body conditioning system that works core muscles, back and buttocks. The theory is if your middle is strong the rest of your body will be strong. Muscles are lengthened and proper alignment is developed. Cost: $7.00 per class Class Length : 60 min Class Availability: 5 - 20 participants
