Striving for optimal health and fitness has always been a part of my life.  I have a degree in Exercise Science from Penn State University and have been personal training clients since 1997.  In addition, I teach various group fitness classes including, Core Strengthening, Step Aerobics, Muscle Pump and Indoor Cycling.   
Everyone has his or her own goals and expectations.  It is my passion and pleasure to help you achieve yours with an individualized training and nutrition program.  In my experience, the most successful programs include a healthy balance of exercise, nutrition, stress management and fun.
