My name is Kelly Potteiger and my motto is  "Live Your Potential". I have a degree in Exercise Science from Messiah College and M.Ed in Health Education from Penn State. I worked at HealthSouth for 14 years and bring a strong background in rehab to my training skills. I have been certified through NSCA since 1994. I have worked with all levels of fitness and enjoy helping people reach their personal goals at every level. I am the contracted Exercise Physiologist with Pinnacle Weight Loss Center and the Pinnacle Health Diabetes Program.

  1. Core Stability & Strength
    6:45-7:30pm
    This class is targeted towards individuals that have orthopedic concerns or limited mobility for other reasons but still want a great workout in a supportive environment. Class will be a circuit style class that uses weights, bands, and stability balls as tolerated. Kelly also has mat tables to allow individuals that cannot get on and off the floor to be able to participate in a variety of exercises they would not ordinarily be able to do in a regular exercise class. Class Cost: $10 per class / $50 Class Punch Card Available Class Length: 45 mins Class Availability: 10 - 15 participants

  3. Family Kickboxing
    11:00-11:45am
    Join us for a family/kids fitness kickboxing workout. Kids ages 4 and up can workout with or without their parents for the 45 minute activity! They will learn proper techniques of striking and kicking the bag, while incorporating fitness drills such as jumping jacks, push-ups, sit ups, and plank position. Let them burn off some energy while having fun! Cost: $10.00 per child (children must be ages 4 - 12) (parents/guardians FREE) Class Length : 45 min Class Availability: 8 - 20 participants
