Ashley is a local triathlete, an ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Schwinn Cycling Certified, Boxing Certified and ready to help you start or end your day's workout on a high note.
She's excited to bring her enthusiasm, challenging workouts, and experience to Central Penn Health's Fitness Studio.
